Renaissance is excited to announce the appointment of Wyeth Goodenough as Chief Customer Officer at San Francisco headquartered Ironclad.
Ironclad, a startup that makes it easier for legal teams to manage their contracts workflow, was chosen as Y Combinator’s Summer 2015 class. In 2019 Ironclad announced a $50M Series C round led by Y Combinator Continuity with participation from existing investors Accel and Sequoia Capital – brining total funding to $83M.
 
Wyeth helped define Salesforce’s early Customer Success function when he joined the team in 2012 and has shaped the company’s growing legacy over the past decade. Before joining Ironclad, Wyeth was Salesforce’s VP of Customer Success as well as VP of Strategic Tech Partnerships.
