In May Cazoo appointed Veronica Sharma as the company’s first Group Chief People Officer.
Veronica most recently worked as an advisor in the technology and private equity space. Prior to that, Veronica was Group Chief People Officer at Photobox & Moonpig Group where she led a large-scale cultural transformation across Europe. She has been instrumental in pioneering progressive people solutions, demonstrated through her responsibility for Talent & Organisation Development at eBay and leading the change programme in support of the landmark Heathrow Terminal 5 opening.
Over the past 12 months the Cazoo team has grown fourfold, from less than 500 to over 2,000 people across the UK and Europe. Veronica joins Cazoo Executive team and reports directly to Founder & CEO, Alex Chesterman OBE and is responsible for all leadership, culture, capability and talent management across the group.
