Pete has over 20 years of human resources leadership experience. He has deep experience in the following corporate life cycle stages: High Growth, Public Transition Phase, Mergers & Acquisitions, Down Market Conditions, Restructuring, Management Changes and Market Transitions.
Previously, Pete served as the SVP HR & Chief Administrative Officer at SGI and prior to that spent 7 years with Harmonic as the SVP HR, in a very engineering-centric culture. He has a broad background in several technical sectors, as well as spending time at Agile Software, Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN) and SiteSmith (acqd by MFN).
