Renaissance is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Roubaud-Smith as Chief Customer Officer at Yoobic
Founded in 2014, YOOBIC is a UK headquartered SaaS company that provides a mobile workplace platform. YOOBIC enables companies with a deskless workforce in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, warehousing, construction and a growing number of other sectors, to empower their employees through digitally optimised communication, training and process management.
Joining as Chief Customer Officer, Jennifer is responsible for the post-sales journey for YOOBIC customers worldwide. Jennifer joins from Dataiku where she served as VP Strategic Customers EMEA, having previously launched the business in the UK, Benelux and Nordics, and having also set up their strategic accounts programme. Since their launch YOOBIC has grown quickly, doubling revenue every year. YOOBIC most recently closed a $50 million Series C round led by Insight Partners, Felix Capital and Highland Europe.
