Dasha Melyushkina joins the luxury beauty and cosmetics business By Terry as Digital Director.  She joins from Debenhams where she was International Head of eCommerce, responsible for marketing, trading and business development across all of Debenhams international web and mobile sites.  Prior to Debenhams Dasha spent five years as eCommerce Manager at Marks & Spencer.  Her early career was in retail consulting for IBM and Ernst & Young.  Dasha holds an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford University.
By Terry was founded in 1998 by make-up artist Terry de Gunzburg.  After spending 15 years at Yves Saint Laurent Beaute, Terry was inspired to launch her own collection of products, as a bespoke couture beauty line offering made to measure cosmetics with the same luxury approach that fashion commands.  Using the purest and most natural ingredients gives a luxurious and high quality feel to the products which are constantly being developed. By Terry takes a simple, straightforward approach to skincare, make-up and fragrance.
This family owned business is now run by Terry’s daughter Marion Assuied as CEO and now employs over 120 people across France, the United Kingdom and the United States.
