Sebastian has been working in Technology Executive Search for over 15 years.
He is a founding partner and a member of the original team that spun Renaissance out from Renoir Christian & Timbers in 2003.
At Renaissance, Sebastian leads the Global Technology practice in Europe and focuses on building Leadership teams and Boards for European headquartered Technology businesses. Additionally he works closely with our Silicon Valley office, assisting US businesses and investors with EMEA market insertion and expansion.
In 2001, Sebastian was one of the four–man founding team of Renoir Christian and Timbers, which went on to become the UK’s leading search boutique and built leadership teams for a range of VC / PE backed Technology companies.
Sebastian’s early career was spent with Antal International, a Global Executive Search and Selection firm. At Antal, Sebastian rose from Consultant to running the Technology Sales and Marketing Team on a global basis. This team was instrumental in the international build out of a number of corporates, including EMC, IBM and SunMicrosystems.
